The IDEAS Research Lab, led by Janelle Joseph, is an interdisciplinary research collective focused on equity, diversity, inclusion, anti-racism, and social justice within sport, physical activity, and education.
MISSION / OBJECTIF
The lab is dedicated to advancing research, education, and community engagement that challenge systemic inequities and promote more inclusive and equitable environments within sport and society.
LEUR COLLABORATION AVEC ICSN
IDEAS Research Lab works alongside ICSN to support research-informed programming, knowledge sharing, and initiatives that advance equity, representation, and inclusion within the Canadian sport sector.
