Welcome to the Post-Secondary Inclusion in Sports Webinar Series, a collaborative initiative brought to you by the Inclusion in Canadian Sports Network (ICSN), RISE, and Transathlete.com. Our program is dedicated to supporting administrators and student-athletes in navigating the unique challenges of fostering inclusivity within post-secondary athletic programs.
Recognizing the distinct systems within post secondary institutions compared to grassroots organizations, our series offers tailored resources and insights to drive meaningful change.
Through live webinars, on-demand resources, and community engagement, we aim to equip administrators with knowledge and strategies to create inclusive athletic environments while empowering student-athletes to advocate for their rights and foster inclusivity within their athletic communities.
Join us as we explore topics such as understanding inclusive practices, navigating policy and compliance, championing 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion, addressing racial equity, and fostering student-athlete advocacy. Together, let’s create a more inclusive future for collegiate athletics.
