The meaning of our logo

By using DIFFERENT FONT FAMILIES (1) we want to show that different perspectives, characteristics experiences, and ideas will give us broader range of opinions, approaches, and possibilities. Together, the different font families form the word DIVERSITY, symbolizing a more open and inclusive society, leading to better results for all.
Putting the word DIVERSITY in SQUARE BRACKETS (2) implies the high priority of the subject and, at the same time, symbolizes inclusion, keeping the different font families working, living and sharing the same environment.
Our logo integrates ELEMENTS INSPIRED BY CANADIAN INDIGENOUS ART (3), honoring the rich cultural heritage and deep connection to the land. These design references acknowledge the vital role of Indigenous peoples in the fabric of diversity, celebrating their traditions, resilience, and contributions. By weaving this artistry into the logo, we embrace inclusion that respects and uplifts every community’s story, fostering unity through recognition and respect.
THE RAINBOW (4) in our logo represents a vibrant tapestry of identities and possibilities. Each hue celebrates individuality while flowing into the next, symbolizing connection through diversity. It reflects our vision of a world where every shade of humanity is seen, celebrated, and united in brilliance, creating strength through inclusion.
THE MAPLE LEAF (5) symbolizes unity, resilience, and the shared identity of Canada. As a national emblem, it reflects our commitment to fostering inclusion and celebrating the diverse communities that make up this land.
