Reporting to the Director of Communications & Lacrosse Operations, the Marketing Coordinator will facilitate and support revenue generation across all Toronto Rock Group businesses through the planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing initiatives. Working across internal teams and external partners, this role will help convert enterprise and business-unit priorities into campaigns that drive ticket and merchandise sales, program registrations, facility rentals, training clients and clinic bookings, and other measurable customer actions.

The Director, Compliance & Eligibility will lead and execute the U SPORTS portfolio of student-athlete eligibility, financial awards, complaints, investigations, inquiries, doping control and anti-doping policy, recruiting regulation, implementation of U SPORTS policies, and discipline. This role will work closely with the Eligibility Committee, AFA Committee, and the Chief Operating Officer. The objective of this position is to educate, encourage and establish fair and ethically driven participation based on U SPORTS, Sport Integrity Canada and stakeholder regulations and policies.
