Purpose:
To collect and assist with urine and blood sample collection sessions for in-competition and out-of-competition testing missions;
To lead Level 1 doping control missions in accordance with the CADP as required;
To provide leadership, training and evaluation to Chaperones as required.

The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for the successful leadership, operational management, and long-term sustainability of the organization. 

Working alongside the National Team Head Coach, National Discipline Coaches, and Chief Technical Officer, the successful candidate will help design and deliver world-class training and competition programs that support Canadian athletes in achieving podium performances at the Olympic Games, World Championships, and other major international competitions.

Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Vice President, People will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board and senior leaders. The successful candidate will lead Hockey Canada’s people and organizational effectiveness strategy, ensuring that leadership, talent, culture, organizational structure and people practices support strong performance and disciplined execution.

Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the EVP will lead Hockey Canada’s community and hockey development agenda while strengthening relationships across the national hockey ecosystem.

Reporting to the Chief Sport Officer, the High-Performance Director (HPD) is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and leads the High-Performance programming; programming that enables podium performances on the world stage in line with Skate Canada’s strategy, vision, and values. The HPD is part of the Performance Excellence department and is well supported by PE staff.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager and CEO and be responsible for the financial records of the organization, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as providing administrative support to ensure the effective operations of CKC.

Under the direction of the Director, Sport Operations, the Coordinator, Sport supports the efficient planning, administration, and delivery of Swim Alberta’s sport-related programs and services.
