The Board is responsible for ensuring Taekwondo Canada’s sustainability, legal compliance and integrity through ethical decision-making, expectations of high standards of behaviour, and adherence to good governance practices. The fiduciary duty of Directors is to the Corporation.

As a member of Judo Canada’s Sport Development & High Performance team, the Domestic & Pathway Coordinator supports athlete development from clubs through the Regional Training Centres (RTCs) to the National Training Centre (NTC).

The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for the successful leadership, operational management, and long-term sustainability of the organization.
