Emerging BIPOC Leaders Program
About the Program
The Emerging BIPOC Leaders (EBL) Program is a national leadership initiative designed to increase representation and create pathways for Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC) in Canadian sport leadership.
Open to individuals aged 18–30, the program provides year-round support through mentorship, skill development, and networking opportunities. Participants gain the tools, confidence, and connections needed to navigate careers in sport and drive meaningful change within the industry.
