The Breaking Barriers in Swimming Program has several components:
- To help decrease the number of BIPOC youth drowning by providing free swim lessons in underrepresented areas;
- Increase the number of BIPOC Coaches in Training, Officials in Training and Lifeguards in Training; and
- Support organizational change within grassroot swim programs.

By eliminating barriers and helping educate and support organizations, our goal is to help increase diverse representation in the sport of swimming across Canada.
Program Partners include: SOULCAP, Lifesaving Society of Canada, Coaching Association of Canada (CAC), True Sport and Responsible Coaching Movement (RCM).
